Where can I check the flight booking status?

To check the status of a completed flight booking:


  1. Go to the “Orders” page in your account.

  2. On the booking card, you will see the status of your booking, for example:

  • Booked

Your order has been created and is now listed in your account.

  • Issued

Your air ticket has been issued. You can now download the e-ticket and invoice, pay for the order, or request a refund if needed.

  • Waiting to be issued

The system is currently processing your request to issue the tickets.

  • Issuing error

There was a problem while issuing the ticket. Please contact support for assistance.

  • Payment

Your payment is being processed after you’ve issued the ticket.

  • Payment error

There was a problem with your payment (commonly due to an insufficient credit limit). Please try to pay again or contact your Account Manager for help.

  • Refund is requested

You have requested a refund. Our team will review your request and confirm the refund conditions.

  • Refund is completed

The refund has been processed and completed according to the agreed conditions.
