How can I change the guest's name in a booking?
Go to the Orders section, select the desired order, and click the “Customer Support: make a request” button in the bottom right corner.
Select “Change a booking” and then “Guest's first and last name.”
Enter the new first and last name, then click “Send the request.”
The guest’s name amendment is free.In most orders, name changes are accepted automatically — in this case, you'll see a message saying, “Changes have been successfully made.”
If automatic changes are unavailable, the request will be sent to support. No additional action is required.
5. The guest's name will be automatically updated in the order card and on the voucher.
Can I change the guest's name on the check-in day or after check-in?
You cannot automatically change the guest's name on the day of check-in and after it (but before the check-out date). In this case, the request will be forwarded to the support team, and they will assist you with it. Changing the guest's name after the check-out date is not possible.
Can I change the guest's name during the non-refundable period?
Yes, the cancellation policies and the non-refundable period do not affect the ability to change the guest's name.
Can I change the names of multiple guests in a booking?
Yes, if the booking includes multiple guests and/or rooms, you can change the name of one or multiple guests.
Can I undo a guest name change?No, but you can change the name again to revert it to the original.
Will the booking price change after a guest name change?
No, the booking price will not be recalculated as a result of a name change.

How can I change the booking dates?
1. Go to the “Orders” section, select the desired order, and click the “Customer Support: make a request” button in the bottom right corner.
2. Select “Change a booking” and then “Dates of stay.”
3. Your request will be forwarded to support, and they will contact you in the same chat.
