What types of transfer amendments can be submitted in my account and resolved automatically?

We understand that plans might change, and you may need fast order updates to ensure a seamless experience for your clients. To make transfer changes quickly, you can request them directly from your account. Many common requests qualify for automation and are free of charge. By submitting transfer amendments through our platform instead of contacting support, we can process some of them them almost instantly. This reduces waiting time, eliminates unnecessary stress, and reassures that everything is on track for both you and your clients.

Automated processing is available for these common transfer requests:

  • Updating passenger details (e.g., names, phone numbers)

  • Changing the pickup date or time

  • Adjusting a flight number

  • Editing the text on the driver’s airport pick-up sign

In approximately 50% of cases, correctly submitted requests can be resolved very quickly.

Important: Automatic changes are not always guaranteed. If changes are made after the free cancellation time, it is unlikely that we will be able to change the order, either automatically or manually.


How can I submit a transfer amendment request in my account?

  1. Log in to your account and find the relevant order in the “Orders” section.

  2. Click on “Customer support” and choose “Make a request.”

  3. Select “Change a booking” as the request type.

  4. Choose the specific detail you want to update (e.g., passenger name, pickup time).

  5. Fill out all required fields carefully and accurately.

  6. Submit the ticket and monitor its status in the “Support” section.


Why is it better to submit transfer amendment requests in your account instead of contacting support?

Transfer amendment requests submitted through the platform are automatically processed and, therefore, resolved faster. When you email us, a support specialist needs to manually categorize and submit the request, which can take hours and delay resolution.

By using the platform, you not only save time but also ensure that your clients receive updates as quickly as possible.


What happens after I submit a transfer amendment request in my account?

  • You’ll receive confirmation, and the system will begin processing your request.

  • If the request qualifies for automation, changes will be applied almost immediately.

  • You can track the progress and resolution directly on the platform in the “Support” section.


What if I made a mistake in my request?

Don’t worry! If the request is still open, you can cancel it and submit a new one. If it has already been processed, contact support for assistance.


Tips for faster transfer amendment request resolution

  • Double-check all information you would like to change before submitting.

  • Ensure the request matches one of the automated categories.

  • Try to submit changes as soon as you’re aware of them to avoid resolution delays.

Guidelines on Filling in the fields

  • Passengers data

Passenger's First Name and Last Name, this change will be reflected in the order and voucher.

Passenger's phone number, important that it is correct, the driver will use it to contact the passenger.

This change will be reflected on the voucher and on the MPO (Orders page)

  • Pick-up date and time

Pick-up time and date of the trip.

Sometimes the time and date of the transfer is changed due to a change of flight, so if the flight has changed, this should be specified too.

It is important that if the flight tracking feature was not activated when creating the order, it will remain unactivated, the transfer will be served by the specified time, the flight number will be used to determine the arrival terminal.

If the flight tracking feature was activated when ordering, the transfer will be served by the arrival of the specified flight.

Therefore, it is important that the flight number is correct so that the transfer is served on time and to the correct terminal.

The comment will not be taken into account during automatic processing.

  • Flight number
