A group reservation request should be made for any booking of 6 or more rooms with the same check-in and check-out dates in one hotel.

To make a group booking request, please fill out the form by clicking the link to “Offline Request” or send your requirements by e-mail to [email protected]. Our Groups Department will come back to you with a response within 24 hours.

Important: on the Booking engine you may see that it gives a possibility to book up to 9 rooms. This special clause works only for multi-room bookings, where you can book up to 9 rooms in 1 order.

Agents will see only those suppliers who provide that quantity of rooms in 1 multi-room booking and don`t rank such booking as group.

Nevertheless if agent books more than 6 rooms as individual bookings, that might be considered as group booking (according to our agreement terms).
