How will the passenger find the driver?

The driver will meet the passenger with a sign with the first name and surname of the passenger, in the arrivals zone.If the passenger is picked up from a hotel, apartment or office, then the driver will wait with a sign in front of the building.
Please don’t forget to inform the passenger about the PIN-code of the journey.

We recommend that you re-download the voucher just before your trip in order to receive your driver’s up-to-date contact info. If the passenger does not speak the local language or English and cannot find their driver, we recommend that they contact you or our support center to pass on the information. We will then contact the taxi company and help the driver and the passenger meet.

Which language will the driver speak?
