If the passenger decides to make changes to the route or trip details before the transfer begins then they need to contact you.
If there is no price change, we will change the default booking details..
If there is a price change, we will notify you. As soon as you confirm the price we will make the changes and generate and send you a new voucher.
If the passenger decides to change the route or order details immediately before or during the journey, the driver will tell them whether the cost of the journey will increase. If the cost of the journey changes then the passenger will need to pay the difference to the driver in cash in the local currency.
