To cancel a paid booking with an issued e-ticket:
Go to the “Orders” section of your account.
Choose the required booking.
Review the exchange and refund rules for your ticket’s fare conditions. Refundability may depend on the selected rate.
Click on the “Refund the ticket” button.
If the fare allows for it, your refund will be processed automatically, and you'll receive confirmation of your refund in the “Orders” tab within a few minutes. If an automatic refund isn’t possible, our support team will contact you.
