You can review the exchange and refund rules for each ticket in the fare description before booking and in your order details after booking.
If you haven’t booked a ticket yet:
Go to the search page and click on the required booking card.
Hover your mouse over the fare icons (in the bottom left corner of the card).
Click on the arrow to see specific exchange and refund conditions for each option.
If you have made a booking:
Go to the “Orders” section of your account and select “Air tickets.”
Open the required booking.
Click “Fare rules” to view detailed exchange and refund rules.
