Before canceling a booking, please pay attention to the exchange and refund conditions in the fare at which the ticket was purchased. This information can be found in the “Fare conditions” block.

To cancel a booking:

1. Open the booking card in the “Orders” section.

2. Click “Refund the ticket.”
