If you cancel within the cancellation deadline, we will refund the full amount of the booking to your deposit or to the card you used to pay for the reservation.
If a cancellation fee is due (up to the whole amount due) we will attempt to obtain a refund for you, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
It may take up to 30 business days to process any refund.
