We have contacted the hotel, and they say they don't have our reservation. What should we do?

This can happen for a number of reasons, but to try and get the right right away, please make sure that you provide:

  • dates of stay (check in and check out),

  • guests' names,

  • number and type of room booked.

If you are checking under two hours since the booking was made the hotel may not have received the information. It can take some time for the back-end systems to align and the hotel to be advised.
