You can pay for a booking:
Immediately on the booking form
Later from the “Orders” tab
From “Unpaid invoices” in the “Reporting” section
The available payment methods and price types depend on the booking, product, market, currency, and payment flow.
How do I pay on the booking form?
Use this option when you want to book and pay immediately.
Select the required service and complete the booking details.
Choose “Book and pay now.”
Select Net or Gross.
Choose an available payment method.
Enter the required payment details.
Review the final amount.
Complete the booking and payment.
Once the payment is successful, its status is updated in your account.
How do I pay from the “Orders” tab?
Use this option to pay for an existing booking.
Open the “Orders” tab.
Find the required booking. You can use the “Unpaid” filter to see bookings awaiting payment.
Open the order or click “Pay” on the booking card.
Select “Pay now.”
Choose Net or Gross.
Select an available payment method.
Review the payment amount and complete the payment.
The order page will show the updated payment status.
To let your client pay instead, select “Pay by link.”
How do I pay from “Unpaid invoices”?
You can also pay for an existing booking through the “Reporting” section.
Open “Reporting.”
Go to “Unpaid invoices.”
Find and select the required invoice.
Click “Pay now.”
Choose Net or Gross.
Select an available payment method.
Review the amount and complete the payment.
To pay by bank transfer, download the invoice and use the payment details it contains.
Bank transfer is available for Book now and pay later bookings with Net prices.
Why don’t I see a particular payment method?
RateHawk displays only the methods available for the selected booking.
