Net: the agent price
The Net price is the RateHawk rate without your commission.
You pay RateHawk the Net amount, collect payment from your client outside the platform, and keep the difference as your earnings.
Gross: the client price
The Gross price is the Net price plus your commission.
The full Gross amount is paid to RateHawk by the client. After check-out, your commission is included in the next monthly payout.
Example
€1,000 Net price → €1,200 client price → €200 earnings
Net: You collect €1,200, pay RateHawk €1,000, and keep €200.
Gross: €1,200 is paid to RateHawk. Your €200 commission is included in the next monthly payout after check-out.
Do I have to use the same price type for every booking?
No. Use Net for one booking and Gross for the next, then switch again whenever your workflow requires it. For every booking, you can choose how to collect payment from your client and receive your earnings.
