How do I pay by bank transfer?

Bank transfer is available for Book now and pay later bookings when supported by your contract and displayed as an available payment method.

RateHawk generates an invoice containing the amount, currency, bank details, payment reference, and due date.

How do I pay by bank transfer from “Orders”?

  1. Go to “Orders.”

  2. Find and open the booking.

  3. Select “Invoices.”

  4. Download the invoice.

  5. Make the bank transfer using the details provided in the invoice.

Make sure the amount, currency, and payment reference match the invoice.

How do I pay by bank transfer from “Unpaid invoices”?

  1. Go to “Reporting” → “Unpaid invoices.”

  2. Find the relevant invoice.

  3. Download the invoice.

  4. Make the bank transfer using the payment details provided.

Once RateHawk receives and matches the payment, the invoice and booking statuses will be updated.

When should I make the transfer?

Interbank transfers may take several business days. Make the transfer early enough for RateHawk to receive and match the payment before the payment or auto-cancellation deadline.

If you make the transfer close to the deadline, send the payment confirmation to your Account Manager as soon as possible to avoid booking cancellation while the transfer is being processed.

Can I pay for several bookings with one bank transfer?

Yes. Create one invoice covering all the bookings you want to pay together:

  1. Go to “Reporting” → “Orders without invoice.”

  2. Select the relevant bookings using the checkboxes.

  3. Select “Create one invoice for all selected bookings.”

  4. Open the invoice in “Reporting” → “Unpaid invoices.”

  5. Download the invoice and pay the full amount with one bank transfer.

You can also use “Select all” to create one invoice for all eligible orders.

If you regularly need multiple-order invoices, contact your Account Manager to configure this option for your account.
