Are we required to order a child seat?

In most countries, child seats are compulsory for driving children up to 12 years old.

A passenger may also bring their own seat providing they have checked that it meets the road safety standards of the country in which they will be travelling. At the same time, you are required to list the child among the passengers and add a comment that you will bring your own car seat.

Please note that in many countries a booster is not considered a proper child seat.

What child seats are provided for transporting children?

The transfer company provides four categories of child seats. Each category is for the child’s age and weight range:

  • Seat or booster for 3–7 years (15-25 kg, group 2);

The remaining car seat specifications meet the traffic regulations of the country in which the journey will take place.

At what point does free pickup time begin?

If the passenger is picked up from an airport, the time begins from the moment the flight arrives on schedule (provided that a flight number is specified). The free waiting time depends on the conditions of the order — you can read them on the booking page.

If there is no flight number specified or a passenger is picked up from a hotel, apartment, or office, the free waiting time begins from the time the transfer was submitted, which was specified when the order was placed.

What should a passenger do if the flight was delayed or arrived early?

We track the flight arrival data, therefore the driver will wait for the passenger in the arrivals area, even if the flight is delayed or has arrived early. If the driver is not there, we recommend that the passenger contact him/her by telephone or send an SMS in order to speed up the meeting at the airport.
