If the booking was paid for by bank transfer and you are cancelling it without a penalty, then the refunded amount will be credited to your Overpayments balance on the same day.

If the booking was paid for by bank card and you are cancelling it without a penalty, then the refunded amount will be automatically credited to the bank card from which you made the payment. As a rule, it takes seven banking days for the sum to be refunded.
