Go to the “Air tickets” section of your account.
Select the needed booking.
Find the “Issue tickets” block. There you will find your credit limit balance.
Click “Issue tickets with payment from the credit limit.”
5. The amount will be deducted from your credit limit.
6. After the ticket is issued, an invoice and e-tickets (one per passenger) will be
sent to your email.
7. You need to settle the invoice according to your contract terms.
How can I top up my Overpay balance?
You can top up your Overpay balance via bank transfer. Here’s how:
Request a top-up invoice from your Account Manager. They will provide you with the necessary details.
Make the payment using the bank transfer details provided in the invoice.
After your payment is processed, the same account details will remain valid for future top-ups. You can use these details to add funds whenever needed.
