How can I sort the offers in Quotes?
You can easily rearrange offers directly within the Quote using the ↑ / ↓ buttons. Simply move the hotel and transfer cards up or down to set the desired order.
How will the sorted offers appear to my client?
The client will always see the offers in the exact order defined by the travel agent, ensuring full control over how options are presented.
Will the sorting order be saved in Quotes?
The sorting order will be saved, so your arrangement remains unchanged when you revisit the Quote.
Are all elements within the Quote sortable?
No, manual sorting applies only to hotel and transfer cards.
Sorting of room groups and rates within a room group is not available.
What happens when new rates are added to a Quote?
New rates added to the Quote are automatically displayed at the end of the list. You can then manually reposition them using the sorting controls to place them in the desired order.
