To maximize bookings, place transition points directing users to hotels throughout your website. Here are further details about these transition points:

Product Points

Connect hotel bookings with the process of purchasing the main product or service for which customers come to your website.

For example:

  • Flagging “Open hotels in a new tab” within the sections for booking flights, train tickets, bus tickets, and tickets to events

  • The “Hotels” section or button in the main menu of the website

  • Sections in both the header and footer of the website

  • Placement during the booking process for flights, train tickets, bus tickets, and tickets to events

  • placement on the webpage of the successfully created booking

Post-transactional Points

Place hotel reservations at the points of interaction with the customer after they complete a purchase of the main product or service.

For example:

  • In the confirmation email of an airline ticket purchase

  • In the email chain after confirmation of a purchase

  • In the “Manage bookings” section of the website

Promo Points

Incorporate hotel reservations in your promotional channels and activities.

For example:

  • Digests of special offers

  • Newsletters

  • Quizzes

  • Theme-based selections

  • Articles and recommendations

Links with pre-filled search

These links are primarily utilized in post-transactional newsletters, banners, or on “Thank you” pages following a completed order (success page). For example, if the customer is purchasing airline tickets, you can add a link to an individual offer with the guest’s trip parameters – destination, dates, and the number of guests – to a webpage or in the order confirmation email.

This is how such a link looks using the example of hotels near the Paddington train station in London, UK:

Fixed fields — remain in any link, they do not need to be deleted or changed:

Parameters to be added depend on the guest’s input:

  • Country, city, or region, for example, “Italy/Rome” or hotels near a specific subway station

  • Region ID, the parameter q=(number) — a list of the necessary names of destinations and region IDs can be requested from your account manager

  • Search dates, dates= 29.07.2024-30.07.2024 (DD.MM.YYYY-DD.MM.YYYY) using the period and the hyphen

  • The number of adult guests, guests=2 — this is an optional field

If you need to add children, use the AandX.Y.Z.Q format, where:

A — the number of adults (numbers from 1 to 6 are allowed)

X — age of the first child

Y — age of the second child

Z — age of the third child

Q — age of the fourth child

The maximum value for the age of children is 17 years old and the maximum number of children is 4.

This is how the link would appear for hotels in Rome on July 29-30 for six guests (two adults and four children who are 1, 2, 3, and 4 years old)

Language is an optional field, but, by default, the webpage is displayed in the language of the user’s browser. However, in the parameter you can display lang= the language you need, for example:

  • German

  • French

  • Italian

  • Portuguese

  • Polish

Search form in a specified city

This is used for a specific destination, for example, in blogs and articles about the region or the city. You can independently choose the dates and the number of guests.

  • https://wlpartnerdraft.zenhotels.com — the host of your White Label

  • /hotel/ — hotels in the city

  • Country, city, or region, for example, united_kingdom/london

  • Region ID, the parameter q=(number) — a list of the necessary names of destinations and region IDs can be requested from your account manager

  • popup=form — an additional parameter for a pop-up

    hhttps://wlpartnerdraft.zenhotels.com/hotel/hotel/united_kingdom/london/?q=2114&dates=24.12.2024-31.12.2024&guests=2&stars=4.5
