Client feedback directly in Quotes

Clients can now leave feedback directly in a Quote by selecting Like or Dislike on hotels and transfers and optionally adding a comment.

Once the client interacts with the Quote, you will receive an email notification, helping you better understand their preferences, refine your offerings, and turn Quotes into finalized bookings faster.

What types of feedback can clients leave in Quotes?

Clients can:

  • Select Like

  • Select Dislike

  • Leave a comment

  • Combine a reaction with a comment


How can I see client feedback?

Once the client reacts to the Quote (with Like or Dislike) or leaves a comment, you will receive an email notification and be able to review the feedback and adjust the offers accordingly.


Does the feature work for both hotels and transfers?

Yes. Client’s reaction and comment functionality in Quotes works for both hotels and transfers.


Is the feature available on both mobile and web?

Yes, clients can leave reactions and comments from both web and mobile devices.
