What should I do if I need a special service?

If you need special services (such as animal transportation, wheelchair assistance, sports equipment, or other requests), please contact our support team. We will communicate with the airline on your behalf to check availability, requirements, fees and help you arrange the service.

Please note:

  • Some special requests may involve additional fees or documentation, as determined by the airline.

  • Not all airlines can accommodate every type of request — early notice increases the likelihood that your needs can be met.

  • For last-minute bookings, please contact us as soon as possible.
