How can I download details of paid bookings?

You can view and download documents for your paid bookings in your account or directly from your booking confirmation email.

From your online account:


  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to the “Orders” tab and proceed to the “Air tickets” section.

  3. Select the relevant booking.

  4. Click on the “Documents” button.

  5. Click on “Invoice” or “Itinerary receipt” to download.

From your email:


  • After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes the itinerary receipt as an attachment.
