Due to scheduled maintenance, the RateHawk platform is unavailable from 11:00 PM CEST on July 6 to 7:00 AM CEST on July 7.​ The platform services will resume once maintenance is complete. What services are unavailable during the maintenance window?

During the maintenance window, all RateHawk services are temporarily unavailable.

  • Search and create bookings

  • Modify existing bookings

  • Make payments

  • Access booking documents

  • Read and download invoices

  • Use API integrations

  • Manage cancellations through the platform

The platform services will resume once maintenance is complete.


What happens to my existing bookings?

Our Support team will remain available via WhatsApp and email throughout the maintenance. We will prioritize requests requiring immediate assistance for travelers during their stay or check-in.

Requests that require access to the RateHawk platform — such as amendments, refunds, compensations, or other booking updates — will be reviewed and processed as soon as the maintenance is complete.


Can I make or modify bookings during the downtime?

No, making, changing, and canceling bookings are temporarily unavailable during the downtime. You will be able to modify bookings after the maintenance period.


Can I make payments during the downtime?

No, payments are temporarily unavailable during the downtime. You will be able to make payments after the maintenance period.


Can I access booking documents during the downtime?

No, all documents, including invoices and vouchers, are temporarily unavailable. You will be able to access them after the maintenance period.
