Booking statuses

  1. Booked. This status appears after the order has been created. An order with Booked status is reflected in the profile.

  2. Issued. The status is assigned to the order for which air-tickets were issued. If Issued status has been assigned to an order, you can download the e-ticket and invoice to pay the order, or require for ticket refund.

  3. Payment. This status appears after the Issue button is clicked.

  4. Waiting to be issued. This status appears after the Issue button is clicked.

  5. Issuing error. This status appears if an error happens during the process to issue the ticket. Please contact the support service.

  6. Payment error. This status appears if an error happens during the payment process. Please try to pay again or contact your account manager. The most common reason for this error is a lack of funds within the credit limit.

  7. Refund is requested. This status appears after the Refund the ticket button is clicked. A refund is issued only after the refund conditions are agreed with the support service.

  8. Refund is completed. This status appears after the refund conditions are agreed and the refund has been made.
