In order to cancel a paid booking with an issued e-ticket go to the Air tickets section of your profile, choose the required order and click on the Refund the ticket button. Before a refund is arranged, please take note of the terms for exchanging and refunding tickets in accordance with the tariff at which you purchased the ticket.
