You can find the refund and exchange rules in the fare description on the booking page. Hover your mouse over any of the icons on the right to see the details.

If you already have an order, you can see the rules in the Back office. To do that, open our website, go to Orders, select Air tickets and open up the order you'd like to check. In the order, click "Fare rules".
