To cancel the booking, enter section “Orders” to see all available reservations.

Click on the relevant booking ID and all the information for that reservation will be displayed. At the bottom of this screen, you will see a button marked “Cancel”. Please ensure you are within the applicable cancellation deadline before attempting to cancel the booking. This can be found in the reservation information as well as in the booking confirmation which was emailed to you immediately after the booking was made.
