What can I find in the “Loyalty program” section?
In the “Loyalty program” section of your account, you will find a complete overview of your points, organized into two main blocks:
Upper block (summary of your status):
Available: The total number of points you can currently use.
Will be accrued: Points that will be credited for bookings paid on time. These are added 2 days after the guest’s check-out or 2 days after the payment due date, in case it is later than the check-out date.
Pay for [X] orders to get: The number of points you will receive once these bookings are paid on time.
Will expire within 30 days: Points that are set to expire in the next 30 days.
Lower block (transaction history):
Past operations: A full list of your previous transactions, including points earned and spent. You can filter this history by date, status, or reason.
Future operations: A list of upcoming transactions, showing how many points will be credited or will expire, along with the corresponding dates and bookings.
How can I access the “Loyalty program” section and track my rewards?
To access the “Loyalty program” section and track your rewards:
Go to your account.
Proceed to the “Loyalty program” tab. You will see an overview of your loyalty points, including the current status, past, and future operations.
What are the reasons for points being added or removed?
Points are added for:
Paid hotel bookings
Referral rewards
Participating in promotions
Points are removed for:
Refunds for canceled bookings
Unsuccessful bookings
Expiration
Can my points expire?
Yes, they can. On the loyalty program page, you can see which points are set to expire within the next 30 days so that you can plan accordingly. Points are valid for 365 days from the date of accrual.
What should I do if I don’t see the “Loyalty program” tab or some features in it aren’t available?
In some cases, the loyalty program may be disabled for your account, or certain features — such as spending points or accessing the referral program — might be unavailable. If you do not see the “Loyalty Program” tab in your account or encounter limited functionality, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
