You may find that your account has an overpay balance, if you have topped up your balance or one of your prepaid reservations was cancelled without penalties. You can use this overpay balance to pay for any other unpaid booking.

Enter your back office and click on the «Reporting=> Unpaid invoices», select the booking and click on “Pay from overpay” button to use your overpay for this booking.
