What’s new in Selections?

We’ve introduced three key updates to enhance your Selections experience:

  • Direct payments: Both agents and clients can now pay directly from Selections. Once a hotel is selected, a payment form will automatically appear, eliminating extra steps.

  • Refreshed design: Selections settings have been streamlined into a separate form, providing a cleaner and more intuitive interface.

  • Real-time rate updates: Rates now automatically refresh every 10 minutes, ensuring you always see current prices. If an update occurs, you'll receive a notification prompting you to refresh.

How does the rate refresh feature work?

When Selections are open, hotel rates refresh automatically every 10 minutes. If you keep Selections open for this duration, you'll see a popup prompting you to refresh the rates. Should any rate become unavailable, agents or clients will receive an immediate notification.

This feature ensures real-time availability for all users.

Who can make payments from Selections?

Both agents and clients can pay directly from Selections. While creating a selection, partners can choose who will make the payment—either themselves or the traveler.

How does the new payment feature work?

Once a hotel is selected, a payment form will appear instantly, allowing either the client or the agent to enter credit card details and complete the transaction immediately.

For which orders will this feature be available?

The "Pay from Selections" feature is available exclusively for hotel orders.
